What We Do

At Morplas, we design and manufacture modern hardwood products for all our major food retailers in South Africa.

From Food Lovers Market, Spar, Shoprite Checkers, Woolworths as well as butchery concerns, etc. In addition, we provide a CNC Router Cutting Service to all clients ranging from various industries and different materials.

Our Factory

Our factory is situated in the beautiful Cape Winelands, Paarl with a floor plan of over 900 square metres.

Modern machinery, two CNC Router Machines capable of manufacturing double the capacity and excellent designs for your local market and internationally.

We provide employment to 10 experienced artisans who are all part our family.

Quality & Materials

Our products adhere to planning, quality control and world class materials. Our hardwood stores comprise of Blackwood, White Oak, Ash, Mahogany, etc.

Timbers and materials are food safe for our local stores and coatings that we use are safe to use on kid’s toys.

All hardwood is untreated and locally sourced.

Our Road to Sustainability

Morplas values sustainability and all our materials are re-used or re-created. Our products are untreated our waste gets re-used as wood chippings in Gardens, offcuts gets re-used as a fire starter for fireplaces, our wood shavings and coarse sawdust get re-used to plant mushrooms.

None of our wood waste ends up in a landfill. We value our environment.
